  • The temperature drop rate should be less than 5 ℃ / h and the temperature difference between hot air and metal should be less than 50 ℃.
  • When the first stage metal temperature of the high pressure cylinder is 200 ~ 300 ℃, the temperature drop rate should be less than 6 ~ 8 ℃/ h, and the temperature difference between hot air and metal should be less than 80 ℃.
  • The temperature drop rate should be less than 8 10 ℃ / h, and the temperature difference between hot air and metal should be less than 100 ℃.
  • start automatic mode for cylinder real-time tracking cooling.
  • close the quick-cooling sewerage valve and main drain valve.
